Meet the Staff of Ming & Dr Dent
On June 7, 2021 my husband, Scott, and I purchased Ming Auto Beauty Center of Lincoln. We are both Lincoln natives, growing up the Ming sign has been a staple site of Highway 2. Scott and I aim to provide the high quality service that Lincoln and our surrounding communities have grown to trust since 1987.
Sheila Day is our general manager as she has since Ming opened. John Chism continues to bring his talent and expertise in paintless dent repair as he has since 1994. The heart of our business lies in our team of people working behind the scenes. Sheila, John, and our team attend to every detail of every vehicle.
Everyone works to make each vehicle as beautiful and clean as the day it was driven off the lot. We all spend a lot of time in our vehicles, being comfortable and affording ourselves a little luxury makes for a better day.

Sheila Day, a native of rural Cortland, started with Ming Auto Beauty Center when the store opened February 2nd of 1987. She began as a detailer and then learned windshield repair, paint touch-up and sprayless scratch repair. She is also the general manager and takes care of the website and social media.
John Chism, a native of Lincoln, started at Ming 1993. He started as a detailer and applying the Ming Finish. In 1996 he began training for paintless dent repair and took over as Dr. Dent in January of 1997. Jeremy Minchow has been in the auto detailing industry for over 20 years. Jeremy is the head detailer at the shop. Holden Opp, a native of Lincoln, is a detailer and has been employed here since 2020. Sam Harms is the newest member of our team. He is the main wash tech and also helps in the office.
